CASE13 Improves Hip and Knee Problems

sports strain

5 months to successfully solve the problem

Client JACK has the habit of running. He runs 4 times a week, about 8KM each time. Recently, he could not continue running due to pain in his hip and knee joints. Under our recommendation, stop running completely for two weeks, and perform a system of soft tissue relaxation training. After two weeks, you also need to reduce the number and intensity of running, until you can fully resume running at three months.

In order to increase JACK’s running distance and reduce the pressure on the joints, stretching treatment is the most important, so we often perform extensive and multi-angle stretching training for him. In addition, he will be arranged to do simple fascia relaxation and muscle training at home every day.
