CASE11 Improves Sciatic Neuralgia

chronic strain

Successful problem solving in four months

The client, BEN, is a decorator. Due to the long-term physical work and the need to work in a bad posture for a long time, he has a neuralgia in the seat bones, and in severe cases, he cannot walk. After testing, it was found that his lower back was too tight, and the range of motion of the hip and hind leg muscles was too low, compressing the sciatic nerve.

We arranged a system of stretching therapy and manual therapy for him, and at the same time made a training plan for him, with the goal of losing 10 kilograms to reduce the burden on his body. After a system of training and diet control, he successfully lost 7 kilograms of body weight, greatly reducing the body load and improving the sciatica.
